Scott County, Minnesota

Scott County is located in the Twin Cities Metro. It was named for General Winfield Scott.
The seat and largest city are both Shakopee. Scott County is the fastest growing county in Minnesota.

It borders Hennepin, Dakota, Rice, Le Seuer, Sibley and Carver counties.

Main highways include US-169, I-35, MN-13, MN-19, MN-25, MN-21 and MN-41.
